JDI’s days of operation are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm EST

Changes to our schedule including Holidays and/or Vacation closing will be articulated in a sufficient amount of time.

At JDI, we make every effort to complete quality work in a timely manner for our clients. Due to the great demand of this company, turn-around times will be discussed with each client specifically and may vary based on client needs. Turn-around times are contingent upon any delays and/or changes. (See Delays)

Designs made by JDI are customized and exclusive to each client. Once the client has approved the final design, the client will be sent a PNG, JPEG, and/or PDF file of the design, unless otherwise requested.

If JDI has arranged any form of payment arrangement, once the final payment has been submitted and/or received the asset will be sent to the client. During the drafting process, drafts may be sent to the client for approval that include the JDI official watermark. If drafts are used and final payment has not been received, the client will be held in violation and has breached the contract.

PSD/AI (or any raw files) are not included in pricing. If the client so desires to receive a raw file, the client agrees to pay 4 times the cost of the design.

Jerrica Designed it has the right to extend the completion/delivery date, upon client notification.

JDI’s expectations are that the client will deliver necessary and communicated content, feedback and change requests etc in a timely manner as this will effect the delivery date.

Feedback is a crucial part of the design process. When a feedback request has been made from the company. Jerrica Designed It, to the client, the client has 4 days to respond. After Jerrica Designed It has made three attempts to request feedback, the project will be closed.

Jerrica Designed It reserves the right to reject any project that goes against the morals and values of the company. If rejected the client will be notified of the rejection and reason for rejection.Item description

Item descriptionHere at JDI we make every effort to create design work that exceeds client expectations. However, because of the nature of created custom design work for our clients, and to protect the time and work provided by our designers, Jerrica Designed It has a no refund policy.

In the event of a client requesting an exchange of goods, the client is allotted 30 days from the date of receipt to notify our designers. Once the 30 days has been extended, the client will be charged for additional product requested.

Item descriptionThroughout the design process, the client is given 3 revisions for each graphic design and 5 revisions for websites to the initial design sent. If more revisions are requested, an additional fee of $25 per revision will apply.

Upon the acceptance of the design, the client accepts full responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used. The designer is not responsible for any errors after the design has been accepted.

If the client accepts the work and later requests that changes beyond any minor changes, such as are made to the design, the client is responsible for an additional fee that is based on client need.

100% of payment is required before design work is started unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the project.

Deposits are ONLY accepted and/or requested at the full discretion of JDI. If there is a request for a deposit, 50% is due prior to the start of service and the remaining 50% at the half way point of the service.
